Running schedule for the week:

  • Monday: 2.5 miles
  • Tuesday: 4 miles
  • Wednesday: 3.5 miles
  • Thursday: 3 miles
  • Friday: Rest day (going to the beach!)
  • Saturday: 3.1 miles (Mt. Tabor Challenge)
  • Sunday: Rest day

Total of 16.1 miles.

A light week, because of the race on Saturday. I’m planning on two days of speed drills but haven’t decided which days. Or which drills, for that matter. I’ll make it up as I go along.
