  • Monday: 3.5 miles training (no timing)
  • Tuesday: Elliptical trainer intervals 5 miles total.
  • Wednesday: Rest day.
  • Thursday: 4 miles – run at race pace
  • Friday: Rest day
  • Saturday: Rest day
  • Sunday: Pints to Pasta 10K
