Those wily robots
“As president, I believe that robotics can inspire young people to pursue science and engineering. And I also want to keep an eye on those robots in case they try anything.”

saw this after you followed me on Twitter - thanks. this is my Obama, the president who sees clearly what needs to be done & takes tangible, realistic steps to make the future possible. too bad the media doesn't feel like education is a topic worthy of airtime.

I disagree with Obama on some things - important things, I believe, like the war and surveillance and Gitmo/Bagram/etc. - but when he's got a great idea and takes steps to make it happen, like science education, I've gotta give props.
And, c'mon, we've all got to keep an eye on those wily robots, right? His use of humor when the audience is right for it is spot on.
